Located in East Asheville, Marlborough is a new craftsman style home from Mountain Sound Builders. We worked closed with the homeowners to bring their vision to life on this city in-fill lot. The result? A stunning, two-story 1400 sq ft home featuring three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The homeowners will enjoy their beautiful master bedroom on the main floor while hosting guests in two bedrooms upstairs. 

This new custom home packs in a lot of features in a smaller space. The 2-story ceiling in the living room opens up the entire area, and the hallway upstairs overlooks the living room. The homeowners enjoy their covered front and rear porches as well as the backyard fire pit.
